We want you to be confident before you pay. That’s why HALOSOUNDS lets you hear your full mastered track for free before any purchase.
1. Preview Before You Pay
Every master can be previewed in full, free of charge, directly in your browser. We encourage you to listen closely — ideally on quality headphones or speakers — before purchasing a download.
2. Digital Goods Are Generally Final
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, and because you can fully evaluate the result for free beforehand, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the mastered file has been delivered.
3. When We Do Issue Refunds
We will gladly issue a refund if:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same master.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving the file you paid for, and we are unable to resolve it.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email Studiosbrightminds@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your transaction ID (from your Stripe receipt) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.
